We do this through leveraging our exceptional workplace-readiness and career acceleration programming, world-class leadership experts, and robust POWERshops to ensure our participants are ready to compete like never before.
The PLC is an exceptional career acceleration experience that has been used for developing talent for some of the best companies in the world. It provides the key insights needed to create visibility, opportunity, and the desired outcomes for students and professionals to reach their maximum potential.
We have curated a set of high-impact workplace-readiness workshops to ensure program participants are equipped with key skills as they enter and navigate the workplace. POWERshops include AI Fluency, Business Etiquette, Strategic Networking, Data Analytics, and Financial Leadership.
EC will leverage some of the best leadership coaches in the business. We want to ensure program participants see what great looks like, and our coaches not only cover subject matter intimately, but they serve as an example for our participants.
To further incent and reward our participants, we will provide a $500 scholarship for those who complete the program. We not only help students with life-long career skills, but we help them monetarily and they can use the funds at their discretion.
Another excellent benefit of EC is that program graduates will have the opportunity to be part of the Elite Changemakers talent database, which will be made available to partner and non-partner companies across the world. Our goal is to create career opportunities for this exceptional, developed talent pool – we want our participants to be preferred job candidates.
Celebrating the contributions and accomplishments of our sponsors, partners, participants, and staff is extremely important to us. Setting a strong tone of achievement and impact is our mission and we look forward to hosting an annual recognition gala for our ecosystem of greatness.
EC is a life-long benefit – we are going to create a leadership community that will always be a resource for those associated to our organization. We will pair program participants with mentors who will support their development and career journey. Our objective is to ensure participants always have a sounding board, a broad perspective, and someone they can lean on for career-impacting advice.
