EC Candidate Details

The ideal candidate: a strong academic performer and involved, well-rounded leader with character — ambitious, coachable, and pursuing EC for the right reasons.

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
  • GPA. Preferred 3.0 or above.
  • Leadership Experience. Professional orgs, clubs, ERGs, and other leadership programs.
  • Volunteer Experience. Projects, events, and organizations.
  • Ambition. A clear, genuine reason for pursuing EC.

  • What leadership roles have you held across clubs, nonprofits, events, and teams?
