The ideal candidate: a strong academic performer and involved, well-rounded leader with character — ambitious, coachable, and pursuing EC for the right reasons.
RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
GPA. Preferred 3.0 or above.
Leadership Experience. Professional orgs, clubs, ERGs, and other leadership programs.
Volunteer Experience. Projects, events, and organizations.
Ambition. A clear, genuine reason for pursuing EC.
